Sybil New Reg Requirements: "No Cops Allowed!"



Officer Friendly: "Damn! This webmaster forbids me to enter the site! Now I'll never be able to bust her for underage kiddy porn..."

I'm sure Laub&Laub&Laub&Laub advised her on this one, eh? Or was it her crack (smoking) lawyer Mark Toland? She's probably operating under that myth that "if you ask a cop if they're a cop, they LEGALLY MUST tell you so. And you can make them stay off your website!"

    It certainly does, doesn't it? Or else somebody's leaked the info that a couple of police departments are watching her.

    If you're putting illegal material on a website, you can't jail-proof yourself by making up demands like this on your registration form. Statements like "You lied on your registration form, so your testimony is inadmissable and you can't prosecute me" aren't going to fly in court.

    "Kiddie porn" doesn't have to mean naked 8 year olds. It include naked teenagers as well. Some of the naked or half-naked men she's posted on her site look awfully young, as in "underage or not 18 years old yet."

    Kiddy porn or not, trying to ban law enforcement from visiting a website sends up a pretty big red flag. Like the webmaster knows he's doing something illegal and thinks that disclaimer will keep him from going to prison.

    One can only assume that pictures on Steve MacDonald's website(s) that appear to be young boys in sexual poses are kiddie porn. Because, Mr. MacDonald makes no effort to adhere to legal requirements concerning internet pornography. At the very least, he should guarantee that all individuals in the pictures are 18 years of age or older. He doesn't care about such things; a sociopath never does.
