The Internet Crime Complaint Center


From the website: "IC3 accepts online Internet crime complaints from either the person who believes they were defrauded or from a third party to the complainant."

Fraud is defined as: "deceit, trickery, sharp practice, or breach of confidence, perpetrated for profit"

It could also be defined as wasting a government agency's time by filing a Internet Butthurt complaint when one has NOT been swindled out of any cash or shiny objects.

Fraud could also be defined as taking donations for access, then shutting down the site. For more info, see Steve MacDonald, Grifter and be sure to read the comments. Heck, you may have comments of your own to make!
