From the
website: "IC3 accepts online Internet crime complaints from either the person who believes they were defrauded or from a third party to the complainant."
Fraud is defined as: "
deceit, trickery, sharp practice, or breach of confidence, perpetrated for profit"
It could also be defined as wasting a government agency's time by filing a Internet Butthurt complaint when one has NOT been swindled out of any cash or shiny objects.
Fraud could also be defined as taking donations for access, then shutting down the site. For more info, see
Steve MacDonald, Grifter and be sure to read the comments. Heck, you may have comments of your own to make!
Well my goodness. Sounds like Sybil's done it again! She really needs to find a hobby other than ridiculing the world on the internet, violating ISP terms of service and bothering the FBI with her incessant whining.
ReplyDeleteBegging for money on the internet, trying to get SSI for that bum and now he's filing complaints with a government agency. An actual paid employee of IC3 is going to have to devote an hour or two to read his drivel. Why does Sybil always have his hand in everyone else's pocket?
ReplyDeleteOh, they're probably trained to detect a butthurt complaint pretty quick. Circular file in less than five minutes for that one.
ReplyDeleteIt's still five minutes of someone else's time. He's a serial abuser of people's time, compassion and wallets.
ReplyDeleteThe IC3 is set up to take on complaints from folks who've been swindled out of money online. None of us have taken a red cent from him, so his complaint will probably not even be read. If it is, they'd probably just reply to him with the Internet Butthurt Report form.
