Somebody Call a Doctor
"The term "shut-in" describing a personality reaction was first used by Hoch and later elaborated by Adolph Meyer to describe a stormy childhood and a difficult adolescence characterized by withdrawal, indifference, inability to mix with other children and often with overprotection and anxiety on the parents part.
"In other words, a child with a shut-in personality exhibits the withdrawn, seclusive, apathetic and antisocial traits that the dementia praecox or "process schizophrenic" shows to an exaggerated degree." -- From "Diagnostic and Prognostic Significance of the Shut-In Personality Type as a Prodromal Factor in Schizophrenia," by Phyllis Whitman,PhD, Illinois Department of Public Welfare, Elgin State Hospital

You're darn tootin' she needs help. She's so out of it that she thinks a DC-7 propeller plane made in the fifties is a jumbo jet. Doesn't she ever use the internet to check her facts????
ReplyDeleteAbuse, abuse, abuse. That's all you do here. Stale and boring.
ReplyDeleteDanger! ^^^^^^^ Stalker Alert!!!!! ^^^^^^^
ReplyDeleteOh no, is Sybil stalking again? Tell me something new for a change!
ReplyDeleteOh good I see you have found some medical help. I do hope it goes well for you and cures your bullying problems
ReplyDeleteSybil can't help but mimic what she experienced as a child. Her video said that children who suffer and witness severe abuse become abusers and bullies. Pity her for all she suffered as a young girl.
ReplyDeleteAhh, here's a quotable quote from "poor, pitiful" Sybil:
ReplyDelete"Then the ultimate horror: The cable TV got shut off. Nothing could be done (er-- except pay the overdue bill)."
So... Sybil bought her big screen tv and blew off her cable bill. Wow.
And another: "I called my friend Alissa to warn her of impending blackout/power surge disaster, but my warnings went unnoticed and her answering machine clicked on instead."
Maybe she has the phone set to "Ignore Steve's pleas for money"?
She can hock that big TV and pay the cable bill.
ReplyDeleteThat's not good for Sybils credit rating with 3 bankruptcies under her belt.
No kidding, Anon. I'm surprised MoneyTree will lend to her at this point.
