sybil of course is falling for the classic "luxury apartment for cheap scam" and its a big scam here out west. we've had apartment complexes show us amenities that once we are locked into the lease, are all of a sudden broken, etc etc. ... such places also work with those that "have bad credit" u wont get the 99 bux move in deal with bad credit!!! we got it, with our good credit and thats how we found out that most of these "complexes" are total rip offs and scams. bad credit like sybil and the bum are going to have to choke up a thousand at least in reno 4 sure.
we rent a condo from an individual owner now and are very happy with it, no bs. but we had to give him our credit reports before we were approved. nice places u have to have good credit. lol ... unless u got thousands to cough up i guess.

Can't recall the name of it, but Sybil posted the name of some apartment complex she was wanting to move into next. From the reviews on ApartmentRatings.com, it looked like an even worse crack den than the one she's in now.

Edna may have retired, but I'm still one of Sybil's targets for stalking, bullying and harassment I guess. I know somebody who has a lot of pot in their house who could be prosecuted for possession. A simple phone call to an anonymous tip line will take care of that situation. Possession of marijuana is ILLEGAL, and that includes medical marijuana.
