Appetite for Self-Destruction

Oh, the sands of time and years of self-indulgence have not been kind to Sybil. Just compare the svelte Sybil of ages ago with the shrieking lard buckety harpy of today. Could it be a thyroid condition or years of shoveling "whatever tastes good and fills my grease-craving gut" into her gaping maw?
