3 days b/4 check arrives, and she's off the wall again

folks, please note the day, it is 3 days until checks arrive in her bank account. go back and look at all of her ramblings and you will see that the most obnoxious and vile rants are always posted as she runs out of money because she hasn't budgeted from check to check. She gets angry and blames us when her bills are due. every.fucking.month. its the same thing over and over again.

and no white rice has zero fiber and london broil is not broiled. that doesn't mean that her mom didn't broil hers, its just that, no, traditional london broil is not broiled . lolz...

but hey look at the stupid she's posted today. A can of roasted salted mixed nuts, bottom of the barrel walmart brand is going to cure her cholesterol! ROTFL!!

And a package of dubious vitamin pills is going to help her diabetes. ROTFL.

I've never seen Sybil eat nutrient dense whole foods. The one thing that all the scientific data and all the medical schools teach, if u want to lower cholesterol and diabetes you must eat a WHOLE FOODS diet of fresh vegetables, fruit and WHOLE GRAINS. Hell, she lives in Reno summer desert hell land, she could be grinding her own wheat sprouts and drying loaves (essene bread) in the hot nevada sun on her porch. that's just one whole foods suggestion. the other is lots of fresh vegetable salads SANS THE ICEBERG LETTUCE -- which has zero nutrition (mostly water) that she could prepare.

I could feed Sybil better than she eats now, cheaper, on better quality food. I eat this way, myself and have health problems too that I am trying to solve with a whole foods diet and cardio exercise. But the bum isn't going to like my menus and shopping list... I really think this is what holds Sybil back from really turning her kitchen from a grease and slop center to a health center.. that damn bum of hers. If it were me of course, it would either eat the health foods and health menus I provide or it would starve.

  1. That was teh awesome. You know I told him to sign up for a community garden plot months ago when he was playing dead the first time. Those two could be chowing down on fresh greens etc. every goddamn day.

I just had a brown rice stir fry where half the veggies came out of my garden here and we had snow Saturday! I've got spinach, broccoli rabe, strawberries, onions, tons of fresh veg. FREE except for the labor and that's better than any gym workout.

This bullshit about Health Wine and Health Peanuts is infuriating. What next? Health Chicken Wings and Health Beer?

  2. That sounds delicious, Stunned Donor. We've had supper already but what you had sounds lovely! Wow!

  3. I don't understand why she just doesn't pour the salt into her mouth directly from the box and have the butcher save for her all the fat that they'd ordinarily throw away.

  4. I'll not hear one bad thing about salt. Mmmmm delicious salt!

  5. She didn't read the article she posted on her own page about nuts. The last line is, "nuts are less effective in lowering the blood cholesterol levels of obese people."

Why, having gorged herself into Diabetes 2, does she keep looking for the easy cure instead of just taking herself seriously and stop eating the crap that got her there?

  6. i'm glad ya'all think my suggestions are helpful here. lol ;-)

SD I am totally jealous of your garden, i live in a condo and like sybil, dont have much space, but the space i do have is producing vegetables for my health this summer. :-)

i've been trying to lose weight tool, and i've been through it all, tried all the bullshit products, and crap and i am here to tell u the only thing that is going to help me meet my goal of a size 4 are nutrient dense vegetables, fruits and exercise, its the only think that works.

i have to admit unless its salad, i have a lot of trouble getting sufficient greens at the level i need for my weight loss, so i've been doing a dehydrated green foods powder in fruit smoothies... this works out fantastic for me if i havent had the 3 or more greens servings a day that i need. plus it is convenient and fast to blend it up with some frozen fruit.

  7. I DRTFA on Sybils site, but surely she knows peanuts are a legume? I eat a lot of raw almonds as snacks, recently have fallen in love with almond milk as well.

  8. She's got a Trader Joe's in Reno where she could buy a great variety of unsalted nuts at great prices. She'd rather shop at fascist Walmart; being white trash "and all".

  9. this is a raw nutmilk recipe that is so good for u and good, wow.. it makes great milk for everything, coffee, smoothies or just plain drinking. it has about a 5 day shelf life in the fridge:

    1. u r going to need a nutmilk bag. get one at amazon.com its just a mesh bag that is for making nutmilks ($6 i think?)

    4 cups of water, refigerated

1 cup of RAW cashews (make sure they r raw)
    1/2 cup RAW almonds

soak and rinse for 4-8 hours (overnight is ok), they should be plumping up getting nice and hydrated back to the raw or almost raw state/sprouting :-) -- roasted or whatever nuts (snack food) will get nasty soaking for that long, so thats why u dont want to use them.

do a final rinse and then put all of the nuts and the refrigerated water into your blender, blend on high until super-creamy -- add or subtract refrigerated water according to how creamy u like it. thinning it out with more water will reduce the calorie count of course.

pour inside pitcher filtering and squeezing through the nutbag, and that's about it.

(sorry if this sounds like i'm giving the recipe instructional for tards, but as we know, sybil is reading and she'll forget to use her common sense and put on her thinking cap to navigate it on her own)

  10. Great recipe Bummi, but you know how hard it might be to follow when you're looped out on healthwine and xanax.

  11. LOl Edna, love the comment re: the salt and the fat from the butcher. That was the ham she got as a 'gift', remember?

  12. I wonder if my blender is powerful enough to handle nuts? It's a wimpy old thing and I barely use it.

Now as far as the bags go, I'm covered there, I have tons of organic linen and cotton fabric in various weights for making cheese. Fun project, making your own paneer for paneer tikka masala.

  13. OMG, I love cheese and absolutely have to try making paneer. Just looked it up (WikiHow) and it really does look incredibly simple. Have you tried it with goat milk yet or added some fruit herbs to the mix?

  14. I've only made it with cow's milk, but it's dead simple. I should try it with herbs, but I love it plain and I can eat paneer tikka masala until I asplode.
