It's neither AIDS or diabetes that causes her to look that way. It's eating too much, and too much of the wrong things.
That's what she's wearing to the casino on check day. After stuffing her gaping maw at the all you can eat buffet at least she won't have to unbutton anything to breathe. BUT, you might see something nasty running down her legs , soiling her socks and shoes, if she don't make it to the bathroom in time.
